GNOSS Software Cloud-as a Service (SaaS)

We provide the GNOSS semantic and social platform in the form of Software as a Service (SaaS). The GNOSS software platform distribution model is made available to clients through the internet. The logical support and data managed through the GNOSS software platform are housed in the RIAM servers under the supervision and administration of RIAM, which is responsible for the maintenance, daily operations, support for software used by clients, and their updates.

GNOSS Platform Cloud-as a Service (PaaS)

We also provide the GNOSS semantic and social platform in the form of Platform Cloud as a Service (PaaS), a fully dedicated architecture that includes its own perfective, corrective and preventive maintenance. In this case, the logical support and data managed through the GNOSS software platform are likewise housed in the RIAM servers under the supervision and administration of RIAM, which is responsible for the maintenance, daily operations, support for software used by clients, and their updates.

GNOSS On-Premise (Licencia)

It is also possible to acquire a licence use and to hire software maintenance and support services. In this case, the logical support and data managed through the GNOSS software platform are housed in the client’s servers under the supervision and administration of RIAM, which is responsible for the maintenance service, daily operations, support for software used by the client, and their updates.

The daily operations included in each service mode, whether SaaS-PaaS or On-Premise, are shown in the following table:

DESIGN PROCESS (PLANNING)

Design coordination

GNOSS coordinates the design of new versions of platform components in consonance with each client’s specific developments. Beyond performing possible technological improvements to system software, these new versions will adapt to the data from monitoring metrics and information reported by clients themselves

Service catalogue management

GNOSS maintains a Service Catalogue for each of the environments installed, independently of the marketing model (SaaS, PaaS, On-Premise).

Service level management

GNOSS maintains a Service Catalogue for each of the environments installed, independently of their marketing model.

Capacity management

Using data obtained through monitoring, GNOSS identifies areas for improvement and/or expansion in terms of architecture services and components, taking into account foreseeable and detected needs
