About RIAM
RIAM INTELEARNING LAB S.L is a company dedicated to developing
systems of social augmentation and acceleration of social learning of individuals
and groups based on technology. Its MISSION is:

Help organizations to convert technological intelligence in human intelligence
contributing to the functional integration of people, relationships,
documents and knowledge.

Develop digital life collaborating in the conceptualization and development
of the technological support that will make it possible (web 2.0 and semantic web).
To make effective its mission, RIAM I+L Lab has developed GNOSS Semantic System,
a social and distributed tool of evolutionary and advanced management of knowledge.
GNOSS is a tool semantically integrated that operates in an environment
of interoperability that makes it independent of technological support.
VISION: One of the most outstanding features of today's information society
is that it is prone to exaggerating two functions strong strategic significance for individuals,
groups and organizations that must be connected: the role of intelligence and the role
learning (I+L). For this reason, the societies at the border are developing powerful
integration and transversal development strategies of their intelligence and learning
functions (I+L or INTELEARNING). The goal is
to identify the range of futures and desirable scenarios,
to shorten their cycle of differential knowledge production,
to reconfigure their systems in terms of the imagined scenarios,
to reset without waste and develop the capacity of people and
to give a response on time to new contingencies facilitated
by technological change and by the evolution of the social world.
In this context, intelligence based on knowledge management and intellectual capital
is above all a cultural technology- based outcome that is designed to produce
a powerful booster effect on the human capacity for
learning and relating meaningfully relationship.
